Oats Veggie Cutlets

This one is specially for my toddler! Kids will love this, but it can be enjoyed by every age group! She is quite a fussy eater & I have to keep experimenting with various food and textures to make food healthy & interesting for her to consume. Oats Veggie Shapers is one such recipe which resulted out of an experiment & it turned out to be successful :-) Interestingly Oats are designed to be that one superfood that easily suits various needs. Be it a quick fix for those in-between meals hunger pangs, an evening snack or a proper meal! Light on stomach, full of fiber and essential nutrients and low on fat, oats are one of those wonder foods that are best suited for maintaining a healthy lifestyle as well as keep the energy levels up. As for the veggies used - Potato, Carrot & Beetroot. They are full of health benefits & packed with nutrients and essential vitamins and minerals. Without further ado, here goes the recipe: Ingredients: - 1 Potato: Boil
